About Dubai Design District (D3)
Established in 2013 and operated by TECOM Group as a free zone, d3 sits beside Business Bay between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek. Phase 1 delivered 11 buildings with 1.2 million sq ft of offices, studios and showrooms and over 200,000 sq ft of retail, hosting tenants such as Adidas and Foster + Partners. It hosts Dubai Design Week each November. In January 2026 Meraas revealed an 18 million sq ft residential masterplan.
