About Marasi Bay
Marasi is a district inside Business Bay, not a standalone community. Dubai Holding unveiled Marasi Business Bay in 2016 as a canal-front destination with almost 12 km of promenade, five marinas totalling 1,250 berths and 250,000 sq m of open space. Omniyat has since built its ultra-luxury Marasi Bay precinct on the same waterfront, comprising The Lana hotel with 225 keys, The Lana Residences, Vela, Vela Viento and Enara.
