Sheikh Zayed Road is Dubai's principal arterial highway, part of route E11, and doubles as one of the city's most recognised residential addresses, with dozens of towers fronting it. The corridor runs alongside Dubai World Trade Centre, DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, so towers trade largely on skyline views and central access rather than community amenities. Ownership is mixed and much of the frontage is leasehold, with plots identified for freehold conversion.
