About the Developer
Founded in 2005 by Zaal Mohammed Zaal and based in Dubailand, Al Barari is a family-run luxury developer built around a single botanical masterplan. Its 15.3 million sq ft estate keeps more than half its area as green space, themed lakes and waterways, with amenities including The Farm restaurant and The Bay Health Club. Sub-developments span The Residences, Ashjar, Seventh Heaven, The Reserve, The Nest and The Cape. Operations remain confined to Dubai.
