About the Developer
Founded in 2007 by Shahab Lutfi and Mohamed Al Hussaini, H&H is a Dubai-based integrated real estate group spanning development, property management and interior design. A boutique, quality-over-volume developer building only in prime locations, H&H introduced the Four Seasons, Aman and Rosewood brands to Dubai and created the proprietary Eden House residential brand, with developments in DIFC, along the Dubai Water Canal and in Dubai Hills Estate.
