Al Marjan Island is a 2.7 sq km reclaimed archipelago of four coral-shaped islands off the Ras Al Khaimah coast, created and managed by master developer Marjan. It offers around 23 km of waterfront and 7.8 km of beaches, with a masterplan of roughly 18,650 residential units and more than 8,500 hotel keys. Its landmark is Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first integrated resort with a licensed gaming area, due to open in 2027. Development plots are reported sold out.
