Al Yufrah 1 is a Dubai Land Department sector on the Dubai-Al Ain Road (E66) corridor beyond Dubailand towards Lehbab, rather than a marketed community. The best-known development inside it is The Valley by Emaar, whose phases include Eden, Nara, Orania, Velora, Vindera and Avelia; listings for these register under the Al Yufrah 1 address. Sobha's Sanctuary masterplan sits on the same corridor. It is low-density and car-dependent, roughly 25 to 30 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
