Launched by Emaar in 2004 along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Arabian Ranches was one of Dubai's first freehold villa communities. Phase 1 holds over 4,000 villas and townhouses across sub-communities including Saheel, Al Reem, Mirador and Alvorada, with Arabian Ranches 2 adding over 1,724 homes. The 18-hole, par-72 golf club opened in February 2004. Arabian Ranches III was unveiled in 2019 with a 30,000 sq m central park.
