City Walk is a low-rise, walkable retail and residential district beside Sheikh Zayed Road, operated by Merex Investment under Dubai Holding Real Estate, which states the destination spans over 10 million sq ft with more than 250 stores. Its main anchor is the 17,000-seat Coca-Cola Arena, opened in June 2019. Central Park at City Walk delivers 46,600 sq m of green space. Other occupiers include Canadian University Dubai.
