Damac Hills spans about 42 million sq ft in Dubailand and was developed by Damac Properties, formerly branded Akoya, with first homes delivered in 2015 and near-full completion by 2020. Its centrepiece is the 18-hole Trump International Golf Club Dubai, which opened in February 2017, set alongside roughly 400,000 sq m of parkland. The masterplan holds around 3,000 villas and townhouses plus several thousand apartments across some 33 sub-communities including Cavalli Estates and Trump Estates.
