Emaar's creekside masterplan, developed with Dubai Holding, publishes 7.4 million sq m of residential space, 711,399 sq m of serviced apartments and 500,000 sq m of parks and open space. It sits beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, with Emaar citing 10 minutes to Dubai International Airport and 15 to Downtown Dubai. The Dubai Creek Tower remains unbuilt and is being redesigned. A station is planned on the Metro Blue Line, due 2029.
