Dubai Harbour is a 20 million sq ft waterfront district by Meraas, now part of Dubai Holding, unveiled in January 2017 at Mina Seyahi between Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah. Its marina is the largest in the region with 1,100 berths, operated by D-Marin, alongside a cruise terminal handling two ships simultaneously. The planned 135-metre Dubai Lighthouse will carry a hotel and observation deck.
