A joint venture between Emaar and Meraas, Dubai Hills Estate spans over 11 million sq m as one of the first stages of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Emaar publishes 1,450,000 sq m of parks and open space, including the 180,000 sq m Dubai Hills Park, an 18-hole championship golf course and a 54 km cycling route. Dubai Hills Mall opened in February 2022 with over 2 million sq ft of leasable area and around 650 outlets.
