DLRC sits in Wadi Al Safa 5 inside Dubailand and was masterplanned by Dubai Properties, which publishes figures of nearly 14 million sq ft, 49 buildings, around 21,200 residents and 38 recreational amenities. It is a multi-developer apartment area: Samana, Imtiaz, Object 1, Leos, Reef Luxury, Aark, Zoya and Wadan all build here, so there is no single vertical developer. Skycourts Towers is the earliest large completed scheme.
