Majid Al Futtaim launched Ghaf Woods in June 2024 as a 738,000 sq m forest-living development off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near Global Village. The masterplan carries 35,000 trees, more trees than residents, and over 7,000 one, two and three-bedroom apartments delivered across eight phases to 2031. Majid Al Futtaim publishes 15 sq m of open space per resident, plus 8 km of trails and a 3.5 km biking loop.
