Ghantoot lies within the Abu Dhabi emirate directly on the Dubai border, with the E11 running through it and both city centres roughly 45 minutes away. Long-standing assets include the Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club, established in 1994 across about 300 hectares, a marina with around 250 berths and beachfront hotels. The area is being reshaped by large masterplans, notably Ora Developers' Bayn coastal destination, which reached roughly 9.6 million sq m after an April 2026 land purchase.
