Grand Polo Club & Resort spans about 5.54 million sq m in south-western Dubai near Dubai Investments Park 2, with its masterplan unveiled by Emaar in April 2025. The plan holds 22 villa communities and over 6,600 three- to five-bedroom homes arranged around The Green Core, a 340,000 sq m equestrian heart with three polo fields, stabling for 180 horses and a riding school. Launched clusters include Chevalia Estate, Montura, Selvara and Equiterra.
