Me'Aisem Second is a Dubai Land Department community sector rather than a marketed community, sitting west of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near Dubai Production City. Land Department records show it as the parent community for Emaar's The Oasis, a roughly 100 million sq ft villa and mansion masterplan whose clusters include Palmiera, Mirage, Lavita, Mareva and Valoria. Jumeirah Golf Estates is registered in the neighbouring Me'Aisem First sector.
