Rashid Yachts & Marina, formerly marketed as Mina Rashid, is an approximately AED 25 billion redevelopment of Port Rashid in Bur Dubai by Emaar with P&O Marinas. The marina provides 400 wet berths taking yachts of up to 100 metres. Masterplan features include a 500-metre palm-lined canal and a 12,600 sq m beach, with the retired QE2 liner moored permanently as a hotel. Residential releases include Seagate, Seascape, Sirdhana and Anwa.
