Nad Al Sheba is split into four numbered sectors; Nad Al Sheba 1 is the largest and the only one with meaningful apartment stock, the rest being villa and plot territory with three to seven-bedroom homes. Meydan Racecourse, host of the Dubai World Cup, and the five-star Meydan Hotel anchor the district, alongside Nad Al Sheba Cycle Park. Meraas launched a further phase of Nad Al Sheba Gardens in July 2025 with 201 homes.
