Beyond is a premium real estate brand launched in 2024 by Omniyat Group, the parent of Dubai's ultra-luxury pioneer Omniyat. A distinct company sharing the group's design pedigree and leadership, Beyond addresses the wider premium market at a larger, master-planned scale, focusing on large-scale luxury waterfront communities. Its home base is the Dubai Maritime City masterplan, where flagship launches include Orise and the sculptural Kanyon tower.
