Founded in Dubai in 2002 by Hussain Sajwani, Damac Properties is the largest private developer in the UAE and the Middle East, having delivered more than 50,000 homes with over 55,000 more in planning and development. Listed on the Dubai Financial Market in 2015, it was taken private again in 2022. Its model is luxury brand licensing Roberto Cavalli, de Grisogono, Chelsea Football Club and Oracle Red Bull Racing across master communities and towers.
