Mr. Eight Development is a boutique luxury developer founded in 2021 by Latvian entrepreneur and designer Emils Daujats. Building on a European track record, it entered Dubai in 2024-25 as a full-cycle developer of ultra-prime branded residences, with bespoke lobbies created with design houses such as Tom Dixon, Cassina and Lalique and a signature fragrance in communal spaces. Its core cluster is the 'Villa del' series on Dubai Islands, alongside Interstellar Tower in JVT.
